All cheese is selected depending on what we have in the counter that week. Also the quantity will be between 12/14 wedges depending on the size the cheese is cut, however the total weight will be the same between 1.2kg and 1.5kg.
Each cheese is freshly, carefully hand cut and each wedge weighs approximately 100/120 grams. Serves approx 8/10 people. All contains MILK– Vegetarian & Pasteurised milk and Gluten free
