Delivery & Collection 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY TO ENGLAND AND WALES BY APC

All orders are sent on a refrigerated next-day service between Tuesday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and Good Friday).

Because cheese is perishable and must be kept cold, we use an overnight courier service. Please order by 10:00 AM for next-day delivery. Please note that we cannot ship on Friday for Saturday, Saturday for Sunday, or Sunday for Monday.

We always instruct the courier on the delivery note to “leave in a safe place”; otherwise, the parcel will be returned to the local depot if no one is home. If you have any specific delivery instructions, please leave us a message in the “Additional Information” box in your shopping bag.

For England and Wales this costs £9.95 which includes overnight courier charge + packaging & ice packs. You will receive an email from APC once collected from us with a tracking number and a text message the morning of delivery with an estimated 2hr time slot. 

We do not currently offer delivery to Ireland, Isle of Man, Scotland or the Channel Islands, or anywhere else outside of the UK. Any orders placed from these locations will be cancelled and refunded. 

Collection

If placing an order for collection from our stall at Preston Market, we need 24 hours notice or at least the evening before collecting. Collect between 11am & 4pm. In busy times you may not get a email saying it is ready for delivery, please just come to the stall to collect between times given. If you would like an early pick up time, please inform us by phone or email. 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the food items we sell, we cannot accept returns. Should your order arrive with any issues, omissions or errors please contact us  immediately and we will do our utmost to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
