As soon as you smell this cheese you know it has garlic in it! With a strong garlic flavour, this cheese is perfect for adding depth to cheesy dishes like Mac & Cheese or adding to a baguette for a homemade garlic bread. This has been a firm favourite in our counter for many years.
Ingredients: Made with pasteurized cow’s milk, garlic, mixed herbs, salt, rennet, and starter culture.
