Please note the Cheese Wheel will come vacuum sealed with a use by end of January 2027 (before opening) once opened consume within 7 days for best results.

All Cheeses are made with pasteurised cows MILK and Gluten Free. Each cheese is carefully hand cut and weighs approximately 100/120g per wedge. 1.5kg in total which will serve 10/15 guests. 9 inches diameter.
Due to the high amount of wheels we make over our busy Christmas period, unfortunately we cannot substitute any of the cheeses.
