This hard pressed cheese is mainly made in cooperative cheese dairies in the Jura using raw milk produced by Montbéliarde dairy cows, among other breeds. It traditional maturing process involving heating the whey and ancestral cheese making expertise give it an unparalleled intense flavour.
All orders are sent on a REFRIGERATED NEXT DAY service between Tuesday and Friday. We can not ship out on Friday for Saturday, Saturday for Sunday or Sunday for Monday.
For England and Wales this costs £8 per order.
For Scotland this costs £20 per order.
If placing an order for collection from our stall at Preston Market, please allow a minimum of 2 hours before you collect. Any orders placed after 3pm will therefore be available the next day (Monday - Saturday).
