Because our products are perishable foods it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the recipient is at the specified address to receive the delivery at the notified 2 hour delivery slot. If this is a different address to the billing address, we will automatically put in the delivery instructions for APC to “leave in a safe place if no answer”. The ice packs only last 24hrs. Items in this box must be kept cool especially the soft cheeses. If you would prefer us to put “leave with a neighbour” please specify in the delivery instructions during the order process.
