PLEASE NOTE ALL LOCAL DELIVERIES OVER DECEMBER WILL BE BY APC OVERNIGHT COURIER FOR THE COST OF £6.95 WITHIN 5 MILES FROM US. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available on Thursday, Friday & Saturdays within 3 miles of Preston Market PR1-2LA for the cost of £4.95 , £20.00 minimum spend applies for local delivery- The delivery time is usually between 5pm & 7pm. On busy occasions i.e Mother's Day, Father's Day weekend etc, it will be earlier in the day. If you would like an estimated time of delivery please ring us on the stall 01772-930500 on the delivery day and we can give you a rough time. 

If you would like a delivery before Midday the cost is £15 extra 

For an exact time the cost is £20 extra 

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES !
LAST DAY FOR OVERNIGHT COURIER IS TUESDAY 19th DECEMBER 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY TO ENGLAND AND WALES BY APC

All orders are sent on a REFRIGERATED NEXT DAY service between Tuesday and Friday (excluding Bank holidays and Good Fridays. We have to send by overnight courier service because cheese is perishable food and needs to be kept cold.  Order by 9am for next day delivery service. We can not ship out on Friday for Saturday, Saturday for Sunday or Sunday for Monday. We always put on the delivery note to "leave in a safe” or it will be sent back to the local depo if no one in. Please leave us a message in additional information in the shopping bag for other information. 

For England and Wales this costs £9.95 which includes overnight courier charge + packaging & ice packs. You will receive an email from APC with a tracking number and also a text message with an estimated 2hr time slot. If your order has not arrived by 4pm please ring the courier not us, they will know better than us, as once it leaves us its the 3rd parties responsibility.  

We do not currently offer delivery to Ireland, Isle of Man, Scotland or the Channel Islands, or anywhere else outside of the UK. Any orders placed from these locations will be cancelled and refunded. 

Collection

If placing an order for collection from our stall at Preston Market, we need 24 hours notice or at least the evening before collecting. Collect between 11am & 4pm. In busy times you may not get a email saying it is ready for delivery, please just come to the stall to collect between times given. If you would like an early pick up time, please inform us. 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the food items we sell, we cannot accept returns. Should your order arrive with any issues, omissions or errors please contact us  immediately (2 hours) and we will do out utmost to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
