This has been our best selling cheese for nearly 50yrs. Made in Garstang by Dewlay. They specially hand press the cheese the old fashioned way in a 20kg round block, making the texture so light and melts in your mouth. It has a delicate mild taste but so moreish. Creamy Lancashire is a versatile cheese. Great melted on toast, in a salad or just as it is.
