The Mrs. Kirkham's Rourke Blue Lancashireis a recent addition to the family's renowned traditional Lancashire cheese range.

Flavor and Texture: It retains the creamy, buttery flavor and texture of their signature Lancashire cheese, but with subtle blue flavors running through it. Early reviews describe it as delicate, lightly veined, pale, and creamy, with a mildness similar to Dolcelatte blue.
Ingredients: It is made with raw cow's milk, salt, animal rennet, starter culture, and Penicillium roqueforti.
Production: The cheese is produced in their dairy in Goosnargh, Lancashire, using milk from their own herd of Holstein Friesian cows. The family is the last and only farmhouse producer of raw-milk Lancashire cheese.
