We are committed to protecting staff and clients. 

Hand sanitising available on counter. Contactless payments preferred. Frequent thorough hand washing. Cheese cutting boards, surfaces and scales regularly sanitised. Hand sanitising after receiving cash. Mask/visors worn. Safe distance away serving customers. Gloves worn when preparing our cheese boards, graze boxes and paninis etc. 

Preston City Council Environmental Health and us agree that when wearing gloves all the time, hand washing is not as often as you cant feel the food debris on your hands. Therefor when serving and cutting cheese we feel clean hands are fare safer than wearing gloves that are not washed. We try not to touch the cheese and use a film when cutting the cheese and wrapping.
