All cheese is selected depending on what we have in the counter that week. Also the quantity will be between 12/14 wedges depending on the size the cheese is cut, however the total weight will be the same between 1.2kg ans 1.5kg

Each cheese is freshly hand cut and weighs approximately 100 grams. Serves approx 8/10 people. Contains MILK and are all vegetarian & pasteurised milk.

Diameter is 9 inches (23 cm) Total weight 1.2/1.5kg approximately.
