Smoked cheese is produced in a special way. First, the cow cheese is melted and smoked on real beech wood in a smoke oven. This gives the smoked cheese its traditional flavour and an artisanal brown (edible) crust.
All orders are sent on a REFRIGERATED NEXT DAY service between Tuesday and Friday. We can not ship out on Friday for Saturday, Saturday for Sunday or Sunday for Monday.
For England and Wales this costs £8 per order.
For Scotland this costs £20 per order.
If placing an order for collection from our stall at Preston Market, please allow a minimum of 2 hours before you collect. Any orders placed after 3pm will therefore be available the next day (Monday - Saturday).
